I really really like the focusing, which is mainly the reason I am using this as my wallpaper already.
This deviation makes the city look like a miniature, which is very creative. The original picture is quite superb too.

I like what you've done with the image. Brings your attention to the centre of the piece but I would suggest un-blurring the sun and may be some of skyline. I don't want to sound too critical but i'd love to see the bottom half blurred then the rest left un touched. If thats not what you intended to do for whoever this was meant for then leave it be!

Just a suggestion thats all
