The slowness of my laptop is getting more and more annoying. I wanted to do this painting for a while now, it didn't turn out to be as detailed as I wanted (and a low resolution), nor did I have enough references for the buildings. However I really like the composition, so I thought I should submit it. It's took me around 3 hours to do this, majority of the time was waiting for the bloody brushstroke to show, and when it does, undoing it... I'm not very happy with it anyway.
Photoshop 7, quite a few photos, and some custom brushes and textures. This is a followup to Fishing in the City. 11/12/2006: I may come back to it later, to add more detail and stuff, consider this a concept art for the moment. Comments WoW! Amazing piece

I am only kidding Gecko, very nice Woozie -- Why industrial Design not court as a Deviant type in dA?   haha that was kinda frustrating... but it turned out to be good

really nice on the wave though. i think you can do more about this, as you said in description. -- I'd just be the catcher in the rye and all. I know it's crazy, but that's the only thing I'd really like to be, I know it's crazy.   wow, interesting photo... I really like it !
